Torque Specifications
Pipe Plug: 17+/-3.0 Nm (12.5+/-2.2 ftlb)
T-Bolt Hose Clamp: 7.5+/-1.0 Nm (5.5+/-0.7 ftlb)
Hose Clamp: 4.5+/-0.7 Nm (3.3+/-0.5 ftlb)

1) Open right hand engine access door. Locate 3931815/">393-1815 Tube Assembly. Loosen rear T-bolt hose clamp and lower hose clamp. Mark connection locations on tube for later reference.

2) Loosen front T-bolt hose clamp and mark connection location on tube for later reference. Remove tube assembly. Bottom guard may be removed to improve access.

3) Install 5M-6214 Pipe Plug in new 3931815/">393-1815 Tube Assembly using anti-seize compound (Anti-Seize COP-GRAF, Loctite C5-A or 8008, Never-Seez Regular Grade). Torque to specification listed above.

4) Transfer reference marks from old tube assembly to new tube assembly. Install new tube assembly using reference marks. Ensure clearance is maintained between tube assembly and engine components. Torque three hose clamps to specifications listed above. Reinstall bottom guard if previously removed.
5) Locate 3931816/">393-1816 Tube through right hand engine access door. Loosen T-bolt hose clamp and mark connection location on tube for later reference. Remove support clamp.

6) Open left hand engine access door. Locate 3931816/">393-1816 Tube. Loosen T-bolt hose clamp and mark connection location on tube for later reference. Remove tube.

7) Transfer reference marks from old tube to new 3931816/">393-1816 tube. Install new tube using reference marks. Ensure clearance is maintained between tube and engine components. Reinstall and torque support clamp. Torque both T-bolt hose clamps to specification listed above.
