Connect a 25000 kPa (3600 psi) pressure gauge to tap (2) .
Start the engine.
Lower the left console.
Place the engine speed dial at the HIGH IDLE position.
Place the overload warning device switch in the ON position.
Slowly move the joystick to the BOOM UP position.
The overload warning device buzzer should sound at a pressure reading of 16000 kPa (2320 psi).
If the overload warning device buzzer does not sound, adjust the overload warning device pressure setting by using adjusting screw (3) .
In order to adjust the pressure for the overload warning device, remove cover (4) and loosen locking screw (5) .
Adjust the setting by turning adjusting screw (3) until the buzzer sounds at a pressure of 16000 kPa (2320 psi).
Tighten locking screw (5) to the specified torque and install cover (4) .
