(1) The clearance is 1 mm (0.04 inch) between the rollers and the truck body at the widest point of the body. (2) Adjust shims in order to ensure that the cylinders have a minimum travel of 5 mm (0.2 inch) with buffers. (3) Apply 154-9731 Thread Lock Compound to the threads of the pin prior to assembly. Stake the threads of the pin in three locations in order to retain the pin. (4) The clearance is 4 mm (0.16 inch) between the ejector blade and the floor of the body at the highest point of the floor. (5) The clearance is zero between the rollers and the underside of the rail with the blade at the full retract position. (6) The clearance is 3 mm (0.12 inch) between the rollers and the underside of the rail with the blade at the full retract position.
