A     201-2469     Implement Valve Lifting Tool     1    Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to main control valve (21). The weight of main control valve (21) is approximately 92 kg (203 lb).
Install main control valve (21) and three bolts (22) .

Connect hose assemblies (19) and (20) .

Connect hose assembly (18) .
Connect hose assembly (17) .
Connect hose assembly (16) .

Connect hose assembly (15) to the main control valve.

Position block (12) onto the main control valve. Install four bolts (13) .
Connect hose assembly (14) to the main control valve.
Connect hose assembly (11) to block (10) .
Connect hose assembly (9) to the main control valve.
Connect two hose assemblies (8) to the main control valve.

Connect the wiring harness for the solenoid valve to connector (5) .

Connect seven hose assemblies (3) to bulkhead (4) .

Install cover (2) .

Install cover (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure.
Test the main relief valve. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Relief Valve (Main) - Test and Adjust".
Test the line relief valves. Refer to Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Relief Valve (Main) - Test and Adjust".End By: Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
