Transmission Filter Group
1. Remove plug (3) to drain oil out of filter (2). After oil has drained install plug (3) and tighten to a torque of 35 5 lb.ft. (45 7 N m). 2. Remove four bolts (1), filter (2) and the two seals.Install Transmission Filter Group
1. Install the two seals and put the filter (2) in position.2. Install four bolts (1).Disassemble Transmission Filter Group
start by:a) remove transmission filter group1. Remove plug (3), the spring and the spool. 2. Remove six bolts (1) from the cover assembly. Remove cover assembly (2) and the element assembly as a unit. 3. Remove nut (4), retainer (5) and the seal.4. Remove element (6), the seal and two O-ring seals (7).Assemble Transmission Filter Group
1. Install two O-ring seals (3), the seal and element (2). 2. Install the seal, retainer (1) and the nut. Tighten the nut to a torque of 10 2 lb.ft. (14 3 N m). 3. Install the O-ring seal on plug (6). Install spool (4), spring (5) and plug (6) in the housing. Tighten the plug to a torque of 35 5 lb.ft. (45 7 N m). 4. Install the element assembly and cover assembly (7) as a unit. Install six bolts that hold the cover in place.end by:a) install transmission filter group
