Removal Procedure
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.
Open the hood.
Turn the disconnect switch to the off position.

Disconnect harness assemblies (4) .
Disconnect tube assemblies (1) and remove the fittings.
Loosen the clamps on hose (3) and remove hose (3) and tube assemblies (1) .
Remove pressure sensor assembly (2) .

Remove bracket (8). Remove catalytic converter pressure sensor (5) and the O-ring seals.
Remove DPF pressure sensor (6) and the O-ring seal.
Remove adapters (7), plugs (9), and the O-ring seals.
Remove manifold (10) from plate (11) .Installation Procedure
Install pressure sensor assembly (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten DPF pressure sensor (6) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
