Exhaust pipe assembly (1) 137-8891 Exhaust Pipe (elbow) (2) 5P-2136 Flexible Metal Hose (3) 111-3426 Exhaust Pipe (elbow) (4) 7C-1377 Clamps
Remove the exhaust pipe assembly from the machine.Note: You may modify the existing elbows if the elbows are in good condition. If the existing elbows are not in good condition, modify new elbows.

Cut a section that is 40 mm (1.6 inch) long from the end of the bottom elbow.

111-3426 Exhaust Pipe (elbow)
Cut a section that is 10 mm (0.4 inch) long from the end of the top elbow.
Install both elbows onto the machine.

Install the 357 mm (14.1 inch) length of 5P-2136 Flexible Metal Hose and the two 7C-1377 Clamps .Note: Flexible hose can be extended and flexible hose can be compressed. The measurement of the 5P-2136 Flexible Metal Hose must be taken at the midpoint between extension and compression. Also, the hose must be installed at the midpoint between extension and compression for proper service life.
Make sure that the elbows and the hose are well aligned. Tighten the clamps.Note: Improper alignment of the parts may shorten service life.New elbows that are the shorter length will be manufactured. An article will be published in the Service Magazine announcing when these parts are available to order.
