Parts Stock
Remove all 3G7794 Support Assemblies from parts stock that were put into inventory prior to August 1, 1990.
Affected Product
Remove the existing 3G7794 Support Assembly and replace it with a new support assembly of the same part number.
Service Claim Allowances
Parts Stock
Submit one claim for all 3G7794 Support Assemblies removed from parts stock.
Affected Product
This is a 12-hour job.
Parts Disposition
Any parts removed (with the exception of cores used for Caterpillar Remanufactured parts) can be rendered useless and scrapped immediately upon completion of the repair.
