(4B1-8213)*Naturally Aspirated**Turbocharged (1) Make sure front and rear lower panels (1) will fit between the rails of the base. If the panels will not fit, use a hydraulic jack between the rails to get a correct fit. If the panels are too loose, washers or shims can be used when the panels are installed. (2) Drill twenty-two .344 .03"Ø (8.74 0.76Ø) holes (A) and eight .250 .03"Ø (6.35 0.76Ø) holes (B) in the base at the locations shown. (3) Fasten center panels (2) and (3) loosely to the base. Install four door stop brackets (4). Install posts (5) and (6), frames (7) and (8), and braces (9) on grills (10) to make the end assemblies. Loosely fasten the end assemblies to the base. Install lower panels (1). (4) Put roof panels (11) and (12) in position. Loosely fasten the roof panels together and to center panels (2) and (3) and end assemblies (13) and (14). Install baffles (15) on the end assembly next to the radiator. Install doors (16). Tighten the bolts in the following sequence: 1) roof panel to roof panel, 2) roof panels to end assemblies and center panels, 3) end assemblies and center panels to base. Make sure all doors open and close without interference. Install 4N9341 Films at locations (C) and 8S8958 Films at locations (D).
