2 1 9N-2038 Turbine Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine clamp assembly for the turbocharger:
1. Tighten to 18.1 N m (160.2 lb in).
2. Loosen to 5.6 N m (49.6 lb in).
3. Again, tighten to 13.6 1.2 N m (120.4 10.6 lb in).
3 4 2N-2766 Locknut Before assembly, lubricate the threads and bearing surfaces with Loctite C5A Copper Anti-Seize.
Torque to 55 5 N m (41 4 lb ft).
