A 1P-0520 Driver Gp 1 Start By:
Remove the parking brake.

Support drive shaft (4) with a suitable lifting device in order to prevent damage to the drive shaft splines.
Disconnect grease tube assembly (1) from bearing cage (3).
Remove bolts (2) and the washers that hold bearing cage (3) and the bearing retainer to the loader frame.

Use two people in order to remove bearing retainer (5) and bearing cage (3). The combined weight of bearing retainer (5) and bearing cage (3) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Remove bolts (6) and the washers.
Separate bearing retainer (5) from bearing cage (3).

Remove lip seal (7) from bearing retainer (5).

Remove O-ring seal (8) from bearing cage (3).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press in order to remove bearing (9) from bearing cage (3).

Remove lip seal (10) from bearing cage (3). Installation Procedure
Install bearing cage (3) and bearing retainer (5) in the reverse order of removal.
Lubricate the sealing lip of lip seals (10) and (7) with the lubricant that is being sealed.
