"Task List" window (1) "Task List" pane (2) Task List fields (3) "Instructions" pane (4) "Last Update" field (5) Scrolling message (6) "Show Tasks Within" field (7) Toolbar buttonsStart the Task List window in the on-board software by opening the main menu and selecting the "Task List" option. The Task List window is divided into three main sections. Upper section - Contains the "Task List" pane (1). This section lists the tasks that are currently available for the machine operator to perform workMiddle section - Contains the task list fields (2) and the "Instructions" pane (3). The Information and instructions are related to the selected task. Lower section - contains the "Last Update" field (4), "Scrolling Messages" (5) and the "Show Tasks Within:" field (6) .The "Last Update" field (4) contains Information related to the last time the task list was refreshed.Toolbar buttons (7) are used to move within the task list. These buttons are also used to perform specific actions on the items that are displayed in the task list. Machine operators can use a toolbar to add tasks to the machine or change the status of tasks. The Task List pane lists the tasks that are currently available for the machine operator to perform work. The following columns are in the upper section:

"Status"
"Priority"
"Task Action"Note: These columns display the same information as in the Task List Manager office software.Tasks are ordered in the task list according to status and age of the task. This information is located in the middle section of the Task List widow. The name (8) of the current task appears in a blue color. The following information that is associated to the current task is directly below the name:Task List fields - These fields contain position information that is provided by the GPS positioning module. The information is derived from current position in relation to the location of the task.Instructions Pane - This pane contains information and instructions that are related to the selected task. Instructions are limited to a maximum of seven lines and 255 characters."Show Tasks Within" Field

The tasks that are shown in the task list are those tasks that are positioned within a radius around the machine. The radius is the value in the "Show Tasks Within" field. The operator can increase the radius, decrease the radius, or show all tasks across the whole site.Receiving Messages
