Loosen pressure cap (1) to relieve the cooling system pressure.

Disconnect two electrical connectors (2). Disconnect two cables (3) .

Remove four bolts (7) and pressurizer (6) .
Remove three bolts (5) and cover (4) .

Recover the air conditioner refrigerant from the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools.
Disconnect hose assemblies (10) and (12). Position the hose assemblies out of the way.
Loosen hose clamps (9) and (13). Disconnect hoses (11) and (14). Position the hoses out of the way.
