Position panel (37) and install bolts (36) and (38) .

Position junction box (33) and install bolts (32) .

Connect harness assemblies (27) and (30) .
Connect hose (28) to hose (31) and tighten clamp (29) .

Connect hose (23) and tighten clamp (22). Install clip (26) .
Connect harness assembly (24) to alternator (25) .

Position compressor (20) and install bolts (21) .

Install the belt and tighten bolt (19). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Adjust/Replace".
Connect harness assemblies (16) .
Position guard (18) and tighten bolts (17) .

Connect four hose assemblies (15) .

Connect ground strap (14) and harness assemblies (12) and (13) .

Connect harness assembly (9) and install clip (10) .

Connect hoses (6) and (8). Tighten hose clamps (5) and (7) .

Connect the lower radiator hose.
Connect hoses (1) and (3). Tighten hose clamps (2) and (4) .
Move the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.End By:
Install the coolant tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Coolant Tank (Expansion) - Remove and Install".
Install the gear pump (fan drive). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Gear Pump (Fan Drive) - Install".
Install the engine enclosure. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Enclosure Group - Remove and Install".
Install the fan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
Install the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Guard - Remove and Install".
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
