Install retainer (23) on pin assembly (24). Install bolt (22), pin assembly (24) and pins (25) in plate (26) .

Use a suitable press in order to install bearing (21) (not shown) into sheave assembly (17) .

Install seal (20) into sheave assembly (17) .

Position washer (19) on both sides of sheave assembly (17) .
Repeat Step 2 through Step 4 for the remaining sheave assemblies (17) .

Install sheave assemblies (17), washers (19), spacers (18), and plates (16) .

Install trunnion (15), washers (14), bearing (13), cover (12), retainer (11), plate (10), the O-ring seal, and bolts (9) on hook assembly (8) .

Use a suitable lifting device to install hook assembly (8). The weight of hook assembly (8) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb).
Use a suitable lifting device to install plate (4). The weight of plate (4) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Install retainer (5), nuts (6), bolt (7), the washer, plate (3), and bolts (2) on load sheave block (1) .End By: Install the lower sheave block. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sheave Block (Lower) - Install".
