13. Remove bolts (18) and hydraulic tank (17) from the machine. The weight of the hydraulic tank is 394 kg (870 lb).Install Hydraulic Tank
1. Fasten Tooling (A) on hydraulic tank (1) and put it in position on the machine as shown. 2. Install bolts (2) that hold the bottom of the hydraulic tank to the machine. 3. Install ten bolts (3) that hold the hydraulic tank to the fender. Four bolts are located in the bottom of the hydraulic tank. 4. Make sure the oil ring seal is in position on tube (4) and connect the tube to the bottom of the hydraulic tank. 5. Install plate (5) on the machine and bolts (6). 6. Put block (7) in position on the side of the hydraulic tank and install bolts (8) that hold it. 7. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position on hoses (11), (12) and on elbow (9). Connect the hoses and elbow to the hydraulic tank.8. Connect hose (10) to the hydraulic tank. 9. Make sure the O-ring seals are in position on tube assemblies (13) and (14). Connect the tube assemblies to the hydraulic tank.10. Install the bolt that holds clamp (15) to the hydraulic tank.11. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct level. See the Operation & Maintenance Manual.Disassemble Hydraulic Tank
1. Remove cap assembly (1) and drain the oil from the hydraulic tank. 2. Remove ring (7), washer (6), plate (5), ball (4) and cap (3) from cover (2). 3. Remove strainer assembly (8) and dip stick (9) from the hydraulic tank. 4. Remove breaker relief valve (10) from the hydraulic tank. 5. Use Tool (A) and remove snap ring (16).6. Remove cover (17) and filter (18) from valve (11).7. Remove valve (11), spring (12), seal (20), and valve (14) from housing (21).8. Remove O-ring seals (15), (13) and (19) from housing (21) and valves (14) and (11). 9. Remove the bolts and disconnect tube assemblies (22) and (24) from the hydraulic tank.10. Loosen clamps (23) and move tube (24) away from the hydraulic tank.11. Remove the bolts and block (25) from the machine. 12. Fasten Tool (B) and a hoist on front tank assembly (27) as shown.13. Remove bolts (26), front tank assembly (27) and the gasket from the rear tank assembly. The weight of the front tank assembly is 136 kg (300 lb). 14. Remove two bolts (28) and screen assembly (30) from the tube assembly.15. Remove the four bolts and tube assembly (29) from the tube assembly. 16. Remove bolts (32) and tube assemblies (33) and (34) from the front tank assembly. If necessary, remove the O-ring seal from tube assembly (34).17. Remove the bolts and filter housing (31) from the front tank assembly. 18. Remove six nuts (35) and oil level gauge (36). 19. Remove grommet (39) and plate (38) from retainer (37).20. Remove glass (40) from grommet (39). 21. Remove bolts (44) and diffuser (42) from elbow (43).22. Remove bolts (41) and elbow (43) from the filter
