Remove the cooling system package (radiator, fan, oil cooler).

Remove guard assemblies (1) and plates (2) .
Attach a suitable lifting device to fan and piston motor (3). The weight of fan and piston motor (3) is approximately 64 kg (140 lb). Remove bolts (4) and fan and piston motor (3) .

Remove bolts (5) and shroud assemblies (6) .

Remove channel assemblies (7), (8), (9), and (10) .

Position suitable cribbing under radiator (11) .

Remove bolts (13), nuts (15), and bracket assembly (14) .
Remove bolts (16) and bracket assemblies (17) .
Remove plate assembly (12) .
Remove plate assembly (18) .

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (19). The weight of aftercooler (19) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb). Remove nuts (20) and aftercooler (19) .

Remove bolts (22) and bracket assembly (21) .Installation Procedure
Install aftercooler (19) in the reverse order of removal.
