Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Open the access door that is behind the cab.

Disconnect hose assembly (1) from torque converter (2) .

Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to input drive shaft (4), as shown.
Remove eight bolts (3) .
Use the hoist in order to remove input drive shaft (4). The weight of input drive shaft (2) is 35 kg (65 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to input drive shaft (4), as shown.
Use the hoist in order to install input drive shaft (4), as shown. The weight of input drive shaft (4) is 35 kg (65 lb).
Install eight bolts (3) .
