Park the machine on a hard, level surface. Lower the scraper bowl to the ground and engage the parking brake. Chock the wheels in order to prevent the machine from moving.

Place Tooling (A) under the scraper bowl, as shown.

Use Tooling (A) to raise the rear of the scraper bowl. Install Tooling (B) in order to support the scraper bowl.

Remove 18 nuts (1) from rim (2) . Leave two nuts on the rim in order to hold the tire and rim on the machine.

Attach Tooling (C) and a lift truck to tire (3) . Remove the two nuts from the rim. Remove tire (3) from the machine. The tire weighs 675 kg (1500 lb) .
