Place window guard (25) into the locked position. If bolts (21) lock into the locking mechanism, tighten bolts (29) to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft) in order to secure bracket (23) and bracket (24). If bolts (21) do not lock into the locking mechanism, adjust bracket (23) and bracket (24) to the desired position.

Attach gas spring (15) with two nuts (27) and two washers (31) to the right side of window guard (25) and to bracket (23). Attach gas spring (15) with two nuts (27) and two washers (31) to the left side of window guard (25) and to bracket (24) .

Install warning film (17) and certification film (34) toward the top and on the front of window guard (25) .

(E) LED light (9) 457-4817 Guard As (Overhead)
Attach each LED light (E) that was removed in Step 3 to overhead guard (9), using the same nut and washer. Tighten the nut securing each LED light (E) to overhead guard (9) to a torque of 30 3 N m (22 2 lb ft).

Mount clip (1) to the right side overhead guard (25) with bolt (5) and washer (6). Tighten bolt (5) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft). Mount clip (1) to the left side overhead guard (25) with bolt (5) and washer (6). Tighten bolt (5) to a torque of 28 7 N m (21 5 lb ft).

(E) LED light (1) 116-0118 Clip (2) 375-0498 Front Lighting Harness As
Connect the plug from front lighting harness (2) to the right LED light (E) and connect the connector from front lighting harness (2) to clip (1). Connect the plug from front lighting harness (2) to the left LED light (E) and connect the connector from front lighting harness (2) to clip (1) .

Attach tie (7) to the mount on bracket (22) .

Route cab lighting harness through tie (7) for the right side of window guard (25). Connect right-hand plug (D) from the cab lighting harness to the connector of front lighting harness (2) that is mounted to clip (1).
