Harness Assembly
Cut Electrical Wire (3), into two lengths:
(3a) 521 cm (206 inch)
(3b) 185 cm (73 inch)
Assemble Electrical Wire (3a) to Connector Socket (2). Assemble Electrical Wire (3b) to Connector Socket (2).

Assembling the plug
(1) 230-5008 Connector Plug As
(A) Hole for Pin 1
(B) Hole for Pin 2
(C) Hole for Pin 3
(D) Hole for Pin 4
Assemble two Seal Plugs (4) to holes (B) and (C). Assemble Electrical Wire (3a) to hole (A). Assemble Electrical Wire (3b) to hole (D).Refer to Illustration 1 and Table 2.

Cut Conduit (8), into two lengths:
(8a) 155 cm (62 inch)
(8b) 355 cm (140 inch)
Slide Conduit (8a) over Electrical Wires (3a) and (3b), up to Connector Plug As (1).
Assemble 3 cm (1.2 inch) of Heat Shrink Tube (7) to Electrical Wire (3b) prior to assembling Ring Terminal (6). Apply heat to Heat Shrink Tube (7) to cover exposed metal.
Slide Conduit (8b) over Electrical Wire (3a) prior to assembling Blade Terminal (5) to the end of Electrical Wire (3a).Installation

(1) 230-5008 Connector Plug As
(9) 3S-2093 Cable Strap
Mate Connector Plug As (1) to Fume Filter. Refer to Illustration 2.
Use three Cable Straps (9) to secure the assembled harness to Chassis Harness (E). Refer to Illustration 2.

(9) 3S-2093 Cable Strap
Connect Ring Terminal (6) to Frame Ground. Refer to Illustration 3.
Use three Cable Straps (9) to secure the assembled harness to Chassis Harness (E). Refer to Illustration 3.
