When submitting claim for Parts Stock Action, Use the appropriate 99Z as the s/n, the appropriate Service Letter Program Number as the Part number in the Part Causing Failure field, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Description Code.
The information supplied in this service letter may not be valid after the termination date of this program.Do not perform the work outlined in this Service Letter after the termination date without first contacting your Caterpillar product analyst.

PROBLEM
Reman electronic control modules with part numbers 10R4331 having a Suffix Code DI, and 10R4333 having a Suffix Code DG may not be compatible with certain software applications.
The suffix code is shown as the last 2 letters after the ECM serial number.
ACTION REQUIRED
Remove all 10R4331 with Suffix Code DI, 10R4333 with Suffix Code DG and have a component S/N that is listed below in Image 1 from dealer inventory.
Refer to Image 2 for details of ECM Part number and Suffix Code location (10R4331, Suffix Code DI shown):

SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
Submit one claim for all parts removed from dealer parts stock.
PARTS DISPOSITION
A Parts Return Request (PRR) will be generated by Send It Back when submitting the claim using this program (PI7####) as the part causing failure.
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
