Note: Ensure that the wire harness is moved clear of the control board to allow access to the control board lock pins.
Sequentially, from left to right, release the five lock pins (5) retaining the control board with a small screw driver.
Once the lock pins are released, unseat the control board and pull upwards on the control board to remove.
Set the new control board on to the lock pins shown in Illustration 5 callout (5) without seating the control board.
Ensure all of the lock pins are started into the holes on the control board. Sequentially, from left to right, push the control board down carefully until the lock pins engage into the control board.

Install the electrical connectors and ensure the connector securing tabs lock into place.
Install the bottom cover by first ensuring the cover seal is positioned correctly, then install the bottom cover onto the pump assembly. Again, ensure that the seal is positioned properly.

Hand tighten the four cover bolts before torquing the bolts sequentially in a diagonal pattern. Torque the bolts in the sequential pattern shown in Illustration 7 starting with (1). Torque bolts to 4 N m (35 lb in).Parameter Settings
Use connection tool 345-1783 Automatic Lubrication Kit in order to connect to the interface.D11T

Select the "Manual File Name" option and enter a file name.
Fill in the available fields under "Machine data".
Select the connect button.

In the product information section under the main tab, enter the pump serial number located on the green plate on the front of the pump.
Press the save button to save changes made.

The duty cycle times in Table 1 can be adjusted as needed for the given conditions.
