B     FT-1310     Lifting Tongs     1    Note: Make sure that the contact surfaces of the track roller and the track roller frame are free of dirt and paint. Dirt or paint can cause the bolts that hold the track roller in position to loosen.Note: Rollers should be installed in the following sequence, starting at the front of the machine: Single flange roller, Double flange roller, Single flange roller, Single flange roller, Double flange roller and Single flange roller. The rollers must be installed on the track roller frame so that the oil filler plugs face toward the outside of the machine.

Use Tooling (B) to put track roller (2) in position on the track roller frame. Tighten the track in order to hold the track roller in position.
Install four bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 305 30 N m (225 22 lb ft).End By: Tighten the track. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Adjust".
