Prior to any adjustment, refer to the "Preparations" section in Testing and Adjusting, "Operational Checks".
Connect 60000 kPa (8600 psi) pressure gauges to pressure taps (1) and (2) .
Place the swing lock pin in the LOCK position.
Start the engine.
Place the power mode switch in the Mode P position.
Place the engine speed dial in position 10.
Lower the left console.
Slowly move the joystick to the full SWING LEFT position or the full SWING RIGHT position.
Check the pressure reading on the pressure gauge at pressure tap (1) for the swing cutoff pressure for swing left. Check the pressure reading on the pressure gauge at pressure tap (2) for the swing cutoff pressure for swing right. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Specifications" in this manual for the correct swing cutoff pressure.Adjust

Swing pump (3) High pressure cutoff valve
If the swing cutoff pressure is not set to the proper specification loosen the locknut on adjustment screw (3) .
Turn adjustment screw (3) until you read the correct pressure. Turn adjustment screw (3) clockwise in order to increase the pressure. Turn adjustment screw (3) counterclockwise in order to decrease the pressure.
Tighten the locknut on adjustment screw (3) to the specified torque.Note: Make the final pressure adjustment on the pressure rise.
