Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to torque converter (14). The weight of torque converter (14) is approximately 90 kg (198 lb). Install bolts (15) and torque converter (14).

Remove elbow assembly (13).

Attach a suitable lifting device to pump assembly (11). The weight of pump assembly (11) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).
Remove bolts (12) and pump assembly (11)
Remove guard (10).

Disconnect harness assembly (9). Cut the cable straps that secure harness assembly (9).
Remove bolts (7) and pump assembly (8).
Attach a suitable lifting device to pump assembly (8). The weight of pump (8) is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).

Remove bolts (1) and (3). Remove gear pump (counterweight) (2). Disconnect harness assembly (4).
Attach a suitable lifting device to pump assembly (5). The weight of pump assembly (5) is approximately 165 kg (363 lb).
Remove bolts (6). Remove pump assembly (5). End By:
Install the engine and torque converter.
