Remove three hose assemblies (16) from the cushion-hitch. Repeat the procedure for the other side.

Disconnect nine tube assemblies (18). Disconnect nine hose assemblies (19). Remove harness assembly (17) .

Disconnect plug (20) .

Disconnect hose assembly (21). Disconnect three hose assemblies (23). Remove clamp (22). Disconnect hose assembly (24). Disconnect hose assembly (25) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (27) and (28) from load cylinder (26) .

Disconnect tube assembly (29). Remove spring (30) .

Remove two clamps (31). Install a suitable lifting device to the leveling valve. Remove the mounting bracket and leveling valve (32) as a unit. The weight of the mounting bracket and the leveling valve as a unit is approximately 77 kg (170 lb). Remove two clamps (33) .

Remove tube assembly (34). Remove two tube assemblies (35) .

Remove bracket (37) and the tube assemblies from the cushion-hitch.

Disconnect bracket (38) .

Install a suitable lifting device to the cushion-hitch. Raise the cushion-hitch in order to release the pressure on the pin assemblies.

Remove two retainers (39) from pin (40). Remove the pin.

Remove cotter pin (41) and pin (42). Use Tooling (B) to remove the nut from pin (43). Remove four bolts (44) .

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove pin assembly (43). Remove the cushion-hitch from the machine. The weight of the cushion-hitch is approximately 1588 kg (3500 lb).
