The HOLD position (B) of the ejector valve spool blocks the oil in lines (6) and (5). The ejector and the floor cannot move until the ejector control lever is moved.Ejector Kickout Of The Ejector Valve Spool
When ejector valve spool (3A) is in the RETURN position (C), ejector kickout solenoid (3D) keeps the valve spool and control lever (19) in the RETURN position. When both cylinders are at the travel limit, there is an increase in the pump oil pressure at the pressure switch. When the pressure at the pressure switch becomes 15500 350 kPa (2250 50 psi), the pressure switch will open. An open pressure switch will de-energize the solenoid. This allows a spring to move the ejector valve spool to the HOLD position (B). The ejector kickout switch is located between the implement control valve and the ejector cylinder rod port. View of the ejector kickout switchThe operator moves the ejector lever (19) in the cab to the Return position. The cable that is connected to the ejector lever moves the spool in the control valve, which makes contact with an internal magnet in the cover of the valve spool. When the ejector circuit has low pressure the ejector kickout switch enables the ejector kickout solenoid to have current for the internal magnet. The ejector returns to the rear of the bowl. When the ejector reaches the end of travel the system pressure raises rapidly. The pressure will rise until the pressure reaches the relief setting. The ejector kickout switch senses (21) the increase in pressure. The increase in pressure shifts the ejector kickout switch. When the kickout switch opens, the current to the magnet is cutoff. When the electrical current to the magnet is cutoff the spring that is connected to the spool for the ejector shifts the spool to Neutral position. When the spool is shifted to the Neutral position the pressure in the circuit drops. When the pressure in the circuit drops to a pressure under the specification for the switch the current is sent to the magnet. The magnet in the
