Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
The accumulator is filled with dry nitrogen. Sudden release of nitrogen pressure can cause personal injury.To avoid personal injury, release the nitrogen pressure from the accumulator before disassembly.

Attach a suitable lifting device to hand rail (1). The combined weight of hand rail (1) and platform (3) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
Remove bolts (2), bolts (4), and bolts (5). Use the suitable lifting device in order to remove platform (3).

Remove cover (6). Use two people in order to remove cover (7). The weight of cover (7) is approximately 28 kg (62 lb).

Remove guard (8).

Disconnect connector (9) from brake accumulator (11). Remove bolts (10). Use two people in order to remove brake accumulator (11). The weight of brake accumulator (11) is approximately 23 kg (50 lb). Repeat this step for the remaining brake accumulator (11). Installation Procedure
Install brake accumulators (11) in the reverse order of removal.
