Start By:a. remove hydraulic oil cooler
At operating temperature, the engine coolant is hot and under pressure. Steam can cause personal injury. Check the coolant level only after the engine has been stopped and the fill cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the fill cap from the radiator slowly to relieve pressure. Cooling system conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes to prevent personal injury.
1. Release the pressure in the cooling system. Drain the coolant from the radiator. The capacity of the cooling system is 53 liters (14 U.S. gal). 2. Remove upper and lower radiator hoses (1) and fan guards (2). 3. Attach hoist and link brackets (A) to the radiator bracket at 2nd hole from the top. Remove the two remaining bolts from the radiator bracket. Watch the radiator as it is being lifted to insure it does not come in contact with the fan blades.4. Lift the radiator up and away from the machine. The weight of the radiator is 50 kg (110 lb). For installation of the radiator, reverse the removal steps.End By:a. install oil cooler
