1. Remove pin (1). 2. Lower outrigger (2) onto block. 3. Remove pin (4), washer (5), pin (6) and guard (3). Remove bolt (7). 4. Attach sling to outrigger cylinder (8) and remove pin (9). 5. Raise outrigger cylinder and slide wood block between outrigger cylinder and frame of excavator to suppor the cylinder. Remove sling and attach it to the outrigger (2). Remove bolt (12), washer (11) and pin (10).6. Remove the outrigger. The weight of the outrigger is 125 kg (275 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the outrigger.7. Position outrigger to the excavator frame and install pin (10), washer (11) and bolt (12).8. Attach sling to outrigger cylinder (8) and remove wood block from frame.9. Lower outrigger cylinder to outrigger and install pin (9) and bolt (7).10. Install guard (3) with pin (6), washer (5) and pin (4).
