2. Disconnect three oil lines (1) at the cooler flow control valve and remove line (2).3. Remove bolts (3) that hold the cooler flow control valve to bracket (4). Remove the cooler flow control valve. The following steps are for the installation of the cooler flow control valve.4. Put the cooler flow control valve in position on bracket (4) and install bolts (3).5. Connect three oil lines (1) and install oil line (2).6. Fill the hydraulic tank to the correct oil level.Disassemble And Assemble Cooler Flow Control Valve
Start By:a. remove cooler flow control valve 1. Remove plug and seal (4), shims (5), spring (2), spacer (3), and valve (1). 2. Remove cover and seal (12), spacer (11), and spring (10) from valve body (9). Remove valve (6), snap ring (8) and washer (7). The following steps are for the assembly of the cooler flow control valve.3. Install washer (7), snap ring (8), and valve (6) into valve body (9). Install spring (10), spacer (11), and cover and seal (12).4. Install valve (1), spacer (3), spring (2), shims (5), and plug and seal (4) into valve body. Shims (5) must be of correct thickness to cause valve (1) to open at a pressure of 551.7 34.5 kPa (80 5 psi).End By:a. install cooler flow control valve
