Disconnect case drain hose (22) from the 90-degree fitting in port "D" of cooler manifold (23).
Connect the outlet side of the flowmeter to the 90-degree fitting in port "D" of cooler manifold (23). Connect case drain hose (22) to the inlet side of the flowmeter.
Secure the flowmeter in the operator station in the view of an assistant. Make sure that the hoses are clear of the track and clear of the tow arms when the screed is lifted.
Position fender (21). Install six screws (20) and washers.
Position battery (19). Position battery hold-down bracket (17), and tighten two nuts (18).
Connect negative battery cable (16). Connect positive battery cable (15). Tighten the cable clamp bolts to the torque shown in the specifications section above.
Move electrical disconnect switch (14) to the ON position.
Close rear compartment door (13), and secure the door with the latches.
Close cooling compartment door (12), and secure the door with the latches.Test Procedure
