3. Disconnect lines (1) from the top of the valve.4. Disconnect four lines (2).5. Remove bolt (3) and the quick release valve.Install Brake Quick Release Valve
1. Put the quick release valve in position and install bolt (2). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 195 18 lb.ft. (265 24 N m).2. Connect lines (3) and (1) to the valve.Disassemble Brake Quick Release Valve
start by:a) remove quick release valve 1. Remove bolts (2), tee (1) and the bracket from valve (3). 2. Remove screws (4) and make a separation of the valve assembly. 3. Remove diaphragm (5) from body (6). 4. Remove O-ring seal (7) from body (8).Assemble Brake Quick Release Valve
1. Put O-ring seal (1) in position in body (2). 2. Install diaphragm (3) in body (4). 3. Put body (4) in position on body (2) and install the bolts. 4. Put tee (5), the bracket and valve (6) in position and install the bolts.end bya) install quick release valve
