Position radiator mounting group (1) in radiator frame (3) . Install four bolts (2) , the nuts, and the washers that fasten radiator mounting group (1) to radiator frame (3) .
Install the remaining radiator mounting group in the same manner as Step 1 .

Note: Do not damage radiator group (4) during the installation of radiator group (4) in radiator frame (3) .
Place radiator frame (3) in an upright position. Fasten a hoist, nylon lifting straps, and Tooling (A) to radiator group (4) , as shown. Carefully position radiator group (4) in radiator frame (3) .

Install coolant recovery tank (5) on the radiator assembly.

Install hose (6) to coolant recovery tank (5) .
Connect hose (8) to coolant recovery tank (5) . Tighten hose clamp (7) to hose (8) .

Install two bolts (9) , the washers, and the nuts to both sides of radiator assembly (10) .

Install plate assembly (11) to radiator assembly (10) . Install four bolts (12) and the washers in plate assembly (11) .
Install plate assembly (14) to radiator assembly (10) . Install four bolts (13) and the washers in plate assembly (14) .

Place radiator assembly (10) on the floor, as shown.
Install locknuts (15) and the washers to two studs (16) .
Tighten locknuts (15) to a torque of 64 4 N m (47 3 lb ft) .

Place radiator assembly (10) on the floor, as shown.
Install the six bolts in the front of the fan blade. Carefully install fan blade (17) in radiator assembly (10) .End By: Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Install", that is in this module.
