Install accumulator (18). Install elbows (19). Connect hose assemblies (20).

Position handrail (16). Install bolts (17).

Position the storage box. Install bolts (13).

Close door (11). Install bolts (12).

Install shim (9). Repeat for the opposite side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to boom cylinder (3). The weight of boom cylinder (3) is approximately 285 kg (630 lb).

Raise the rod end of boom cylinder (3). Make sure that the bore in the rod end of the cylinder aligns with the pin assembly in the bore of the boom.
Install the pin assembly into the bore in the rod end of boom cylinder (6). Install spacer (8).

Install retainer plate (7) onto boom cylinder (6). Install bolts (5).

Connect lubrication hose assembly (4).
Repeat Step 13 through Step 17 for the other boom cylinder.

Connect harness assembly (2) and install clip (3). Note: O-ring seals, gaskets, and seals should always be replaced. A used O-ring seal may not have the same sealing properties as a new O-ring seal. Use Tooling (E) during the assembly procedure.

Connect hose assemblies (1).
Fill the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change". End By:
