Move machine to safe area. Secure and lock out the machine.
Remove the fuel system components from the fuel filter compartment. The fuel filter compartment is located on the front of the fender. Label the fuel lines.
Remove the ladder, handrail, and mirror post from top of the fender. Retain the hardware for later use.
Remove the rear hood from the engine compartment. Retain the hardware for later use.
Remove the hardware that is used to secure the engine oil fast fill adapter and tube. Retain the hardware for later use.
Attach a proper lifting device to fender.
Remove six bolts that are used to secure the fender to the outrigger. The bolts are located inside the fuel filter cabinet. Retain the hardware for later use.
Remove the three bolts used to secure the fender shield to the hydraulic tank. Remove the four bolts that are used to secure the fender support to the hydraulic tank.
Lift off the fender.
Remove the fender shield from the fender. Discard the fender and the fender shield hardware. Retain the fender shield for later use.Procedure for Installation of the Right-Hand Fender
Install the fender shield to new right-hand fender assembly (1) with five locknuts (2) and five washers (3) .
Install new right-hand fender assembly (1) to the hydraulic tank on tractor with seven bolts (4) and seven hard washers (5) .
Secure new right-hand fender assembly (3) to the outrigger with hardware that was removed in Step 7.
Install the rear hood with the hardware that was removed in Step 4. Adjust the hood as needed. Loosen the bolts that are used to secure the front bonnet. The six bolts are located behind the access panels on side of radiator cowling.
Close the hood and the latch. Verify alignment and adjust as needed. Tighten all of the bolts. Replace the access panels.
Install the saved fuel system components.
Install the ladder, handrail, and mirror post to top of the new right-hand fender assembly (1) with hardware that was removed in Step 3.
Install the engine oil fast fill adapter and tube with the hardware that was removed in Step 5.
Install new fuel access door assembly (6) with four bolts (7) and four hard washers (8) .
Install new door latch assembly (9). Adjust new door latch assembly (9) as needed.
Prime the fuel system and verify that the engine starts.
Return the machine to service.
