System Requirements
The minimum computer hardware that is required to successfully run the VIMSpc software is listed below:
IBM compatible computer with a Pentium II Processor or higher.
32 Mega bytes of RAM
2 Giga bytes of available hard disk drive space
"12X speed" CD-ROM drive
3.5 inch 1.44 Mega byte diskette drive
Super VGA color monitor or display
RS232 port with 16550AF UART
Built in pointing device or a mouseVIMSpc Software and the Loader Payload System
The VIMSpc software has combined the functionality of the Information System Builder and the VIMS-PC software into one application. The functions of the VIMSpc software that are associated with the Loader Payload System will be discussed in the following sections.Refer to the VIMSpc Users Procedure Manual, FEBJ0047 for additional information on the VIMSpc software that is not addressed within this manual. All of the VIMSpc applications are accessed through the application window of VIMSpc that is shown in Illustration 1.

Accessing The Menu Options
Place the cursor over the desired menu and press the left mouse button. Then select the desired menu from the options that are displayed on the drop down menu and press the left mouse button.

The tool bar allows quick access to commonly used menu items. The tool bar is located on the application window of VIMSpc below the menu bar.
