Note: Put identification marks on all lines, hoses,wires and tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses and tubes. This helps prevent fluid loss and contamination of the oil system.
Tilt the cab. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab - Tilt".

Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (2) from brake control valve (3) .

Cut cable strap (4). Disconnect harness assemblies (5) and (6) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (7) and (8). Disconnect tube assemblies (9) and (10) .

Remove bolts (11) and brake control valve (3) .

Remove pressure switches (13) and tee's (14) from right side of brake control valve (3). Remove elbows (12) from the top of the brake control valve. Remove unions (15) from the underside of brake control valve (3) .

Remove mounts (16) and seal (19) from plate (20). Remove bolts (17) and washers (18) in order to remove plate (20) from brake control valve (3) .Installation Procedure

Install plate (20) to brake control valve (3). Install bolts (17) and washers (18). Install mounts (16) and seal (19) to plate (20) .

Install unions (15) to the underside of brake control valve (3). Install elbows (12) to the top of the brake control valve. Install pressure switches (13) and tee's (14) to right side of brake control valve (3).

Install brake control valve (3) and bolts (11) .

Connect tube assemblies (9) and (10). Connect hose assemblies (7) and (8) .

Connect harness assemblies (5) and (6). Install a new cable strap (4).

Connect hose assemblies (1) and (2) to brake control valve (3) .
Purge the lines to the brake control valve. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Service Brake Air - Pressure".
Check the hydraulic oil level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist,Steering and Brake Systems Oil - Change".
Lower the cab. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab - Tilt".
