Remove the oscillating axle.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear trunnion support (2). The weight of rear trunnion support (2) is approximately 54 kg (119 lb).
Remove bolts (1) and the washers. Use the suitable lifting device to remove rear trunnion support (2) from oscillating axle (3). Remove rear trunnion support (2).

Remove trunnion (4), O-ring seals (5), and thrust washers (6) from rear trunnion support (2).
Use Tooling (A) and a suitable press to remove sleeve bearing (7). Remove sleeve bearing (7).

Remove relief fitting (8) from rear trunnion support (2).Installation Procedure
Install rear trunnion support (2) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten relief fitting (8) to a torque of 13 4 N m (115 35 lb in).
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft).
