Note: Drive spacer (21) out of the loader frame from the top side with a suitable hammer and a suitable punch if necessary.
Remove spacer (21) from the lower section of the front loader frame.
Separate the steering frame lock.

Be sure that Tooling (D) is moved with front loader frame (12).
Use the suitable lift truck to pull front loader frame (12) away from rear loader frame (22).

Use Tooling (G) to remove upper sleeve bearing (23) from the upper portion of the rear loader frame, as shown.
Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (G). Use Tooling (G) to remove lower bearing sleeve (24) from the upper portion of the rear loader frame, as shown.

Mark the radial position of upper cap (25) and lower cap (26) for installation purposes. Remove the bolts, the washers, upper cap (25), and lower cap (26) from the upper hitch assembly.

Remove shims (27) from the upper cap.

Remove lip seals (28) from the upper cap and the lower cap.
