Introduction
This section discusses the dialogs that are available in the "Setup" Menu. Use these dialogs in order to access the setup items for the AccuGrade System.Note: The contents of the "Setup" Menu are configurable at the site. Depending on the Operator Configuration settings of your system and the machine settings, the number of items in the "Setup " Menu may vary.In order to access the "Setup " Menu, complete the following steps:

Select Design
The "Select Design" option is used to select a design or map from the data card. This option may also be used to create a flat plane design or a sloping plane design.This option may also be used to create a New Map, which enables compaction data to be displayed and recorded even when no design is available.Vertical Offset
The "Vertical Offset" option is used to specify the type and the amount of vertical offset that may be applied to the current surface. This option may also be used to select designated "working" surfaces. The current applied vertical offset is displayed near the bottom of the Plan, Cross-section, and Profile views.Horizontal Offset
The "Horizontal Offset" option is used to select any available alignment for horizontal guidance. The option is also used for guidance to specify a horizontal offset to the desired alignment. The current applied horizontal offset is displayed near the bottom of the Plan, Cross-section, and Profile views. GPS Accuracy
The "GPS Accuracy" option is used to specify the maximum allowed GPS error for fine, medium, and coarse modes.Vertical Setup
The "Vertical Setup" option is used to select the method of vertical guidance. The selected option determines the method that will be used in order to compute the cut or the fill. Lightbar Scales
The "Lightbar Scales" option is used in order to check and set the tolerance thresholds for the lightbars.Display and Lightbar Brightness
The "Display and Lightbar Brightness" option is used in order to configure the brightness of the operator display and the lightbars.Restore Settings
