Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes. This helps to prevent fluid loss and this helps to keep contaminants from entering the system.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the machine. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.

Disconnect tube assembly (4) and the O-ring seal from transmission relief valve (3). Disconnect hose assembly (6) and the O-ring seal from transmission relief valve (3). Disconnect hose assembly (1) and (2) and the O-ring seals from transmission relief valve (3) .
Disconnect electrical connector (5) .
Remove bolts (7) and the washers from transmission relief valve (3). Remove transmission relief valve (3) from the machine.
