Open door (1) on the left side of the machine.

Disconnect harness assembly (4) .
Loosen hose clamp (3) and disconnect hose (2) .

Remove bolts (5) and the air cleaner assembly.
Remove bolts (6) and support assembly (7) .

Loosen clamp (8) and disconnect the upper hose.

Loosen clamp (9) and disconnect the lower hose.

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the aftercooler.
Remove bolts (10) and aftercooler (11) .Installation Procedure

Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the aftercooler.
Position aftercooler (11) and install bolts (10) .

Connect the lower hose and tighten clamp (9) .

Connect the upper hose and tighten clamp (8) .

Position support assembly (7) and install bolts (6) .
Position the air cleaner assembly and install bolts (5) .

Connect hose (2) and tighten clamp (3) .

Close door (1) on the left side of the machine.
