Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

Remove step (1), sheet assembly (2), sheet assembly (3), and sheet assembly (4) .

Note: Open the hoods to the FULLY OPEN position.
Disconnect support assembly (5). Use suitable cribbing to support assembly (5) .
Remove support assembly (6) and support assembly (7) .

Note: Keep a minimum diameter bend of 102 mm (4.0 inch) for harness assemblies (12) .
Remove sheet assembly (8) and sheet assembly (11). Reposition sheet assembly (10) .
Remove hose (9) .

Disconnect tube assembly (13), hose assemblies (16), and harness assembly (14) .
Remove control manifold (hydraulic fan) (15) .

Remove dust cap (18) and fitting assembly (17) .
Remove nut (21), washer (20), and coil assembly (19). Remove cartridge assembly (22) .

Remove O-ring seals (23) from cartridge assembly (22) .Installation Procedure
Install control manifold (hydraulic fan) (15) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten cartridge assembly (22) to a torque of 50 5 N m (37 4 lb ft).
Tighten nut (21) to a torque of 13 2 N m (115 18 lb in).
Tighten fitting assembly (17) to a torque of 14 4 N m (124 35 lb in).
