(13) Pump 2The fine swing function is set by the monitor.The fine swing control is installed to ensure an exact movement of the swing with minimal shock load. This function is done by equalizing the oil pressure in passage (6) and (7).When fine swing solenoid (3) is de-energized, the fine swing valve is in the NEUTRAL position. The NEUTRAL position creates a closed connection between passages (8) and (5). In this position, the swing circuit operates in the normal manner.When the fine swing control switch is on, solenoid (3) is energized. Fine swing valve shifts against the force of spring (4). With the fine swing valve in this position, passage (6) is open to passage (7) through passages (8) and (5). Orifice (9) in block (1) controls the flow rate.Note: When the fine swing control solenoid is on, the swing brake is off.
