Removal Procedure
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change " for the correct draining and filling procedures.
Drain the diesel exhaust fluid into a suitable container for storage or disposal.

Disconnect harness assemblies (3). Remove bolts (4) and cover assembly (5) .

Disconnect and reposition hose assemblies (6), (7), and (8) .

Disconnect harness assembly (9) and hose (12) .
Remove bolts (10) and tank assembly (11) .

Disconnect hose (13) .
Remove bolts (14) and diesel exhaust fluid module (15) .Installation Procedure
Install diesel exhaust fluid module (15) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 25 2.5 N m (221 22 lb in).
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change " for the correct draining and filling procedures.
