Introduction
The 396-6461 Tube Assembly is used to safely and effectively remove the transmission and bevel gear as a unit, from the machine. The Tube Assembly is used on machine series D6 through D11 and 583R. The Tube Assembly should be used with an appropriate hoist mechanism by using 421-5663 Eye Bolt Assembly as the lifting point. The assembly is easy to install and is made of steel.
Illustration 3 g03486005
The working load limit (WLL) of the lifting device is 862 kg (1900 lbs).
Illustration 4 g03487801
It is highly recommended that the lifting device is safely secured to the machine unit before lifting. After installing the Tube Assembly Lifting Device to the transmission and bevel gear unit, use an appropriate hoist mechanism to slowly pull the transmission and bevel gears unit.
