(A) Pressure tap for the parking and secondary brakes
Install a 8T-0857 Pressure Gauge ( 0 to 10000 kPa (0 to 1450 psi)) to one of pressure taps (A) for parking and secondary brake release pressure.
Turn the engine start switch to the ON position.

(B) Switch for the parking and secondary brake release pump
Move switch (B) for the parking and secondary brake release pump to the ON position. Hold switch (B) until the pressure that is shown on the pressure gauge stops rising.
Check the pressure on the gauge that was installed in Step 2. Note: The minimum pressure on the gauge should be 3792 kPa (550 psi). The maximum pressure on the gauge should be 4481 kPa (650 psi).
Release the switch for the parking and secondary brake release pump.

(C) Adjustable relief valve
(1) Brake release pump and motor for the parking and secondary brake
If the pump needs to be adjusted, turn adjustable relief valve (C) at parking and secondary brake release pump (1).
Repeat Step 1 through Step 7, as needed.
