Disassembly Procedure

Remove plug (3) from both ends of roller assembly (1) .
Remove roll pin (2) from track roller assembly (1) .

Place track roller assembly (1) onto a press.
Press shaft (4) downward until collar (5) can be removed.
Retract the press and remove collar (5) .

Continue to press onto shaft (4) until free from roller (1) .

Remove duo-cone seal (6) from roller (1) .

Remove duo-cone seal (7) from collar (5) .

Remove roll pin (10) and collar (9) from shaft (4) .
Remove O-ring seals (8) from shaft (4) .

Remove duo-cone seal (11) from collar (9) .
